Lucas Carroll
Lucas Carroll is passionate about fundraising as a vehicle to strengthen the platforms of those making a difference and level the playing field to bring more authentic voices into the fold. Lucas got his start in politics traveling on the 2020 presidential primary as a finance intern before working in major donor and grassroots engagement roles at national PACs and state + local campaigns, through it all developing a track record of success and working with top leaders in the industry.
He lives in Chicago, grew up across the lake in New Buffalo, Michigan, graduated from Boston College, and attended Culver Military Academy in Indiana as a Huffington Scholar.
Ian Sandler-Bowen
Ian-Sandler Bowen shifted to digital and design work, after working field in the 2022 midterms cycle. With that background as an organizer, they’ve seen firsthand how quality design can amplify a campaign’s message and how poor quality branding can lessen the impact. Working for numerous state and local candidates, they’ve developed one-off logos, branding packs, websites, event invitations, social media content, walk literature, and mailers.
Ian lives in Metro-Detroit. He graduated from the University of Michigan, where he studied Economics and Public Policy.
